530 ml Water
150 g Carrots, peeled and cut into small cubes
2 tbsp Light sweet soy sauce
2 Lime(s)
3 tbsp Sesame oil
300 g Surimi cut into small cubes
2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
50 g Peanuts
4 sprig Fresh coriander, chopped
